Clara Meekins, joined by Octavia Rainey and Rosa Rand, introduced oral historians to the Fourth Ward neighborhood as part of a brief tour. This interview was recorded on the basketball court of Heritage Park, a housing development that was established following urban renewal and is now managed by the Raleigh Housing Authority.
